The Cyber Academy has been driving awareness on issues of Cyber Crime, Phishing, Scamming and other forms of Social Engineering since its inception.

We are actively involved with businesses, non-profit organisations, the government and the public, through our engagement activities.

So far this academic year (2017-18) we have delivered our “Phishing, Scamming & Other Evils” awareness event around Scotland. So far we have delivered to the following:

• Barclays (Banking)
• Aegon (Insurance)
• Merchiston Primary (delivered at Merchiston Campus)
• Christmas Lectures (Dundee)
• Christmas Lectures (Edinburgh)
• Christmas Lectures (Glasgow)
• Lindsays (Solicitors, Glasgow)

Our future plans for the year include our involvement with more businesses, and professional organisations.
